Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize the veterinary team’s productivity, and maintain exceptional client communication in a welcoming hospital environment.

You will promote Optimum Wellness Plans, educate clients on pet health, and assist with documentation, invoicing, and scheduling while ensuring a high standard of service. This role requires strong English communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients about wellness plans and services.
• Assist with documentation, pet history entry, and accurate invoicing.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian instructions and schedule future appointments.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and hospital finances with accuracy.
• Perform required administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
