Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver friendly, efficient care. You will welcome clients, educate them on preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans, and assist with documentation, invoicing, and scheduling.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and administrative precision to support a high-volume wellness-focused practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; one year related experience required.
• Medical background in veterinary/human healthcare or pharma is preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and productivity.
• Maximize number of pets seen by efficient hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and OWPs.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and invoicing; dispense medications per veterinarian’s instructions.
• Manage finances with accurate opening/closing procedures and conduct administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
