Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital flow.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients about pet health and preventive care.
• Assist clients with documentation, update pet history in the system, and ensure proper identification.
• Dispense prescriptions, sell retail products, and schedule future appointments.
• Handle opening/closing finances and perform administrative tasks.
