Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, maximize team productivity, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. You will educate clients on wellness plans and hospital services, assist with documentation, and support scheduling and frontend operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and adherence to service standards in a veterinary setting, with weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English with proper grammar and vocabulary.
• Experience in customer service or veterinary/client-facing roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets for optimal care and productivity.
• Maximize pets seen and support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, entering pet information, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with opening/closing procedures and accurate balances.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
