Job summary

Tractor Supply Company’s Petsense division is seeking a Team Lead to assist the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer service, sales, and merchandising while ensuring a safe, productive workplace for teammates and customers.

You will train Team Members, supervise shifts, oversee live animal care, handle cash procedures, and help with opening/closing, pricing, and plan‑o‑grams. This full-time on-site role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
• Train Team Members on policies and procedures.
