Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and merchandising while ensuring outstanding customer service. The role requires promoting a safe work environment and training teammates on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide outstanding service.
• Execute merchandising activities, price changes, and plan-o-grams.
• Assist in training new Team Members and complete documentation.
