Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities.
• Perform Opening/Closing procedures and balance cash.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of live animals and care for their housing.
