Job summary

Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply is hiring for a team member to support store leadership by delivering outstanding customer service, merchandising, and safety. You will assist in daily store operations, stock, and live animal care while promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.

The role requires availability for varied shifts, physical tasks, and the ability to follow policies and procedures. This is a full-time position at a customer-facing retail location.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues and ensure the customer has a positive experience.
• Execute merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and price changes as required.
