Job summary

Tractor Supply Company and Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Team Member to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, sales, and merchandising while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will promote a safe and productive work environment, assist in training Team Members, manage cash handling, pricing changes, stocking, and live animal care, with a focus on helping customers and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and ASM with execution of objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote a safe work environment.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Execute merchandising activities and price changes.
• Assist in training Team Members and following company policies.
