Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.
• Pet/live animal knowledge strongly preferred; ability to read, write, and count.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with merchandising, opening/closing, and bank deposits.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle complaints.
• Operate cash register and reconcile cash daily.
• Care for live animals and maintain holding tanks.
• Train new Team Members and enforce safety policies.
• Promote selling initiatives and maintain store cleanliness.
