Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience or pet/live animal knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred and helpful for team leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with execution of merchandising and sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain safety and product handling standards for live animals.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and daily reconciliations as needed.
• Support in training Team Members and promoting store policies.
