Tractor Supply Company, operating Petsense by Tractor Supply, is seeking a Team Member to assist store leadership in executing merchandising, sales, and customer service objectives while promoting a safe, productive environment for team members, customers, and live animals.

You will support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stocking, and live animal care, including feeding, housing, and sanitation, with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager with operations, sales, and merchandising objectives.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Assist in stocking, pricing changes, and merchandising plans.
• Care for live animals including feeding, housing, and sanitation.
