Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Puppywood Pet Resort. You’ll greet pet parents, answer phones, and guide clients through services to keep tails wagging and visits smooth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication across phone, in-person, and email.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets, providing a friendly first impression.
• Answer phones and manage multi-line calls with a positive tone.
• Tour facilities and upsell services that support pet health and care.
• Ensure up-to-date vaccination records are on file.
• Check-in and check-out pets and their owners with care and efficiency.
• Handle cash and balance end-of-day drawer.
