Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Two Ponds Lodge to welcome pet parents and their pets, answer phones, and guide clients through tours of the facility. The role requires friendly communication, the ability to multitask, and a passion for pets.

You will manage check-ins/outs, process payments, and ensure vaccinations are on file while maintaining a tidy, inviting lobby and balancing duties with the rest of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication across phone, in-person, and email.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and VIPs and provide a welcoming experience.
• Answer phones and multi-task efficiently.
• Tour facility and upsell services to keep tails wagging.
• Ensure vaccination records are up to date for safety.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and handle cash with accuracy.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
