Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Rivermist Pet Lodge to greet clients, manage inquiries, and support a busy pet-care facility.

You’ll juggle phones, in-person interactions, and scheduling while ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for pets and their people. Weekend availability and a can-do attitude are essential for this role in a fast-paced, pet-loving team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Able to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets at check-in.
• Answering phones with a friendly smile and clear communication.
• Guiding new clients through the facility and promoting services.
• Ensuring vaccinations are on file for safety and compliance.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
• Handling payments and balancing the cash drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and assisting teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
