Job summary

Petco is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to lead our hospital operations and partner with Hospital Veterinarians to deliver outstanding patient care and client service. You will work with store partners to maintain a profitable operation, manage staffing, scheduling and hospital processes, and contribute to revenue growth.

The role requires coordinating with Area Operations Management and Human Resources, overseeing payroll-related planning, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experience.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, invoicing, patient scheduling, and training for paraprofessional staff.
