Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence, patient care, and client experience.
• Coordinate doctor schedules and manage hospital operations.
• Review P&L and collaborate with Area Ops Manager to meet financial targets.
• Oversee hiring, training, and coaching of paraprofessionals; ensure payroll adherence and scheduling.
• Maintain hospital inventory, records, and OSHA standards; ensure a clean, safe environment.
