• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, inventory, and payroll.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling with veterinarians and support staff, ensuring appropriate coverage.
• Oversee invoicing, inventory control and accounts receivable processes.
• Partner with Area Operations Manager and HR for hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Maintain hospital environment, OSHA standards and proper safety protocols.
• Interface with Petco store teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
