Petco is seeking an Hospital Operations Manager to lead our hospital team, partner with veterinarians, and ensure outstanding patient care and client experience. You will collaborate with store teams to align operations, revenue, and costs while promoting Petco’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include managing paraprofessionals, scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, all while driving positive patient outcomes and a collaborative culture.

Formación

• 2-3 years previous experience leading in a veterinary practice or 2+ years of strong leadership experience in other settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks and drive results with hospital partners.
• Compassionate, professional, and able to handle stressful situations.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability with ongoing learning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and store partners for a seamless patient experience.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and client communications.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance discussions with staff in partnership with HR.
• Review financials and work with leadership to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure OSHA standards and a clean hospital environment.
