You’ll handle check-in/out, process payments, maintain patient records, and coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth, compassionate client experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule/confirm appointments by phone, email, text, and portals.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette and hospital protocols.
• Route medical questions to the veterinary team and escalate when needed.
• Maintain client/patient records in the practice management system.
