Arlington Pet Hospital & Resort, part of Vetcor, is seeking a Client Care Representative to warmly greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations in a busy veterinary setting. This full-time role offers a collaborative team environment and opportunities for growth.

You’ll handle check-in/out, process payments, maintain patient records, and coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth, compassionate client experience.

Schedule: 4 days per week with rotating Weekend Shifts

What Our Client Care Specialist Does

• Greet clients and patients warmly and handle check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Keep the reception flow organized and help minimize client wait times.
• Schedule and confirm appointments by phone, email, text, and online portals.
• Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and established hospital protocols.
• Route medical questions and urgent concerns to the right member of the veterinary team.
• Monitor and respond to client communications throughout the day.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate client and patient records in our practice management system.
• Respond to client questions and concerns with compassion and professionalism, escalating when needed.
• Process payments and financial transactions accurately according to hospital procedures.
• Keep the reception area and front desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Partner with the veterinary team so every Client Care Representative shift supports excellent patient care and a positive client experience.

What You’ll Bring
