Gateway Pet Hospital seeks a full-time Client Service Representative to be the friendly first contact for clients and their pets. You will manage check-in/out, scheduling, and billing while delivering a warm, professional experience and supporting the veterinary team.

Qualifications

• Previous client service, customer service, or front-desk experience.
• Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills with a warm, professional presence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with scheduling, records, and payments.
• Team-focused attitude and willingness to learn and grow in veterinary field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and manage check-in/out flow.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments via phone, email, portal, or text.
• Welcome new clients and share hospital services and resources.
• Route medical questions and urgent concerns to the veterinary team.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Prepare estimates, process invoices, collect payments, and handle front-desk tasks.
• Verify prescription and client information before releasing medications.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
