Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Reston, VA seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming experience. You will educate clients on preventive care and wellness plans while handling frontline service, scheduling, and invoices.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced hospital environment. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize number of pets seen by the hospital team to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet info, and prompt service.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
