Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience required.
• Medical background (veterinary or healthcare) preferred.
• Must be 18+ to perform radiography and related duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional service, educate clients about wellness plans and services.
• Assist with documentation, client onboarding, and scheduling.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, and retail product sales under veterinarian guidance.
