Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, maximize team productivity, and educate clients on wellness plans. You will welcome clients, collect information, and schedule visits with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role requires strong English communication, customer service experience, and the ability to multi-task in a busy veterinary setting. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Medical/veterinary terminology training preferred.
• Strong English communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist with intake, documentation, and scheduling.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and professional interactions.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and basic financial tasks.
