Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You will educate clients on wellness plans, assist with documentation and scheduling, and help maintain smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly demeanor to foster client satisfaction and repeat visits. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and help clients and pets feel comfortable in the hospital.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and preventative care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet data entry and identification
• Process instructions, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling of future visits
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
