Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital and support the veterinary team’s productivity. You’ll help ensure smooth check-in, educate clients on wellness plans, and schedule follow-up care with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a passion for providing outstanding client service in a fast-paced veterinary setting. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through an efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist clients by completing required documentation and scheduling appointments.
