Mars Petcare is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient visit. You will educate clients on wellness and hospital services while managing documentation and scheduling with accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, friendly service, and active involvement in wellness plan promotions in a busy hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize patient flow.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, exceptional service, welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history entry, and ID tagging in the computer system.
• Provide instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and schedule future appointments.
• Handle finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
