Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure clear communication with clients and staff. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and promoting wellness plans to enhance pet health.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, customer-service experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary tech, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and associates to ensure superb client care.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Assist with documentation, pet information, and scheduling of appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate financial balances.
