Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, support the veterinary team, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. You will educate clients about pet health, wellness plans, and hospital services, while handling documentation and appointments.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with availability to work some weekends and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary or healthcare) preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
• Maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation and scheduling.
• Manage financial transactions and hospital opening/closing procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned.
