Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional client care in a fast-paced veterinary setting. You will welcome clients and pets, assist with documentation, and help schedule appointments while promoting wellness plans and preventive care.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy hospital environment. Weekend/evening hours may be required as described in the job posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray) and exposure to radioactive substances.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route client flow for wellness.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital flow.
