Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital while maximizing the veterinary team's productivity. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, client education, and smooth administrative operations.

You will engage with clients about wellness plans, schedule appointments, and assist with documentation and invoicing, contributing to a welcoming hospital experience and encouraging repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred (customer service).
• Medical background in veterinary or healthcare with terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc.
• Recruit new clients and route flow to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by the hospital team for wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service; educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage the finances with opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
