Banfield Pet Hospital in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow and support the veterinary team. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and strong client communication.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and a background in medical terminology. The role may require weekend/evening hours and interaction with various pets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, educating clients about their pet's health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation and entering pet information in the computer.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices, and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
