Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize the productivity of the veterinary team. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments and educate them about wellness plans.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to multitask, and a friendly, service-oriented approach. Weekend and evening hours may be required; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in medical or veterinary service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets and coordinate arrival and check-in.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Schedule appointments and manage client information in the system.
• Process invoices and assist with point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist the veterinary team to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
