Banfield Pet Hospital in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and to educate on wellness plans. The role aims to maximize productivity of the veterinary team while maintaining friendly, efficient service.

You will greet clients, collect pet information, promote Optimum Wellness Plans, and schedule appointments. Excellent communication and customer service are essential in this front-of-house position.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by a productive hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history entry and ID procedures.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with opening/closing procedures and accurate balances.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
