Banfield Pet Hospital in Seal Beach, CA seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and promote a welcoming experience. You will educate clients about preventive care, wellness plans, and schedule visits while ensuring accuracy and courteous service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and a background in medical terminology or healthcare. Some weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography duties.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background with terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow for optimal productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen through efficient hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet info, and ID procedures.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
