Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and patient flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. You will educate clients about wellness plans, assist with check-in/check-out, and help manage appointments and records.

The role emphasizes clear communication, multi-tasking across front-desk duties, and a commitment to customer service in a pet-care setting. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; customer service experience valued.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospital or client-facing environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English required.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize productivity of the team.
• Provide professional, efficient, exceptional service and educate clients about health and services.
• Assist with documentation, enter pet information, and schedule future appointments.
• Handleinvoicing, prescriptions, and retail product sales as directed by the veterinarian.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and basic administrative tasks.
• Support the five Banfield principles in daily activities.
