Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Live by the Five Principles in daily work and lead by example.
• Promote hospital services and route clients to maximize productivity.
• Encourage wellness visits and educate clients about pet health and OWPs.
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and scheduling.
• Provide clear instructions and invoices; handle prescriptions and retail items.
• Maintain accurate balances and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Work weekends and evenings as required.
