Qualifications

• Educational or experiential requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related customer service experience.
• A medical background (veterinary/healthcare) is preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients to support preventive care and wellness plans.
• Provide exceptional service, welcome clients and educate them about pet health needs.
• Assist clients with documentation, enter pet information, and manage invoices and appointments.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and maintain accurate balances.
