Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with basic office software and clerical tasks for veterinary operations.
• Demonstrated integrity, teamwork and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive client flow and pet care coordination in the hospital.
• Promote hospital services to existing and new clients.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.
• Complete required client and pet documentation accurately.
• Process instructions, invoices, and prescriptions efficiently.
• Support billing, scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
