You will educate clients on wellness plans, greet and assist visitors, and help manage records and appointments with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will support daily hospital operations, handle inquiries, process invoices, and maintain accurate documentation while embracing Banfield's Five Principles and commitment to client care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography duties.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background/training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about preventive care and wellness plans.
• Complete intake documentation and manage pet history in the system.
• Provide instructions and invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule visits.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
