Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

• Experience in a medical or veterinary environment is a plus.
• Ability to educate clients on wellness plans and hospital services.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and ensure excellent client care and communication.
• Greet clients and pets, ensuring comfort and smooth patient visits.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and veterinary services.
• Handle check-in/check-out, documentation, and scheduling of appointments.
