Zusammenfassung

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, promote hospital services, and ensure excellent client communication. You will educate clients on pet health, assist with documentation and invoicing, and schedule future appointments while maintaining financial accuracy.

The role emphasizes welcoming clients and pets, delivering high-quality service, and supporting a friendly, efficient hospital environment.

Qualifikationen

Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
Promote services and route client flow for productivity.

Maintain opening/closing procedures and financial accuracy.
