Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality care.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients about wellness plans and preventative care.
• Assist clients with documentation, account entries, and scheduling; dispense prescriptions and products as directed.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
