Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Massachusetts to drive patient flow and support the veterinary team. You will welcome clients and pets, educate them on wellness plans, and coordinate appointments and documentation.

Qualifications

• Leadership, customer-focused approach and team collaboration required.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
• Understanding of Optimum Wellness Plans (OWPs) and preventative care.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Live by the Five Principles and model them within self and team.
• Recruit new clients and route clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient flow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service; educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, enter pet history, and ensure prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling future visits.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
