Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals in Salem, MA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients about wellness plans, book appointments, process invoices, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming visit for every patient.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills, with a background in customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience preferred with customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets to ensure productive care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team and ensure a productive workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, including education about wellness plans and services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling.
