Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related customer service experience.
• Medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient and client flow through the hospital for efficiency.
• Promote hospital services and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Maximize wellness plan client visits and productivity of the team.
• Provide exceptional service; educate clients about pet health.
• Assist with documentation, pet history entry, and invoicing.
• Dispense prescription items per veterinarian's instructions.
• Schedule future appointments and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate balances and perform administrative duties.
