Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, enable the veterinary team, and maintain excellent client communication in a welcoming hospital environment. You will guide clients through visits, educate them about wellness plans, and help ensure timely service and repeat visits.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering outstanding service to clients and their pets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Fluent English communication and good writing skills are expected.

Responsabilités

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, including encouraging hospital visits and educating clients about their pet's health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation and entering pet information
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, medications, and scheduling future appointments
• Manage the finances by maintaining balances and following opening/closing procedures
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
