Zusammenfassung

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, maximize team productivity, and deliver friendly, informative service. You’ll educate clients on wellness plans, assist with documentation and billing, and help schedule follow-up care to encourage continued visits.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a willingness to work extended hours as needed in a busy animal hospital setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Experience in customer service in a medical or veterinary setting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by ensuring a productive hospital operation.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
