Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, promote wellness services, and support the veterinary team in delivering efficient care. You will greet clients, enter pet data, and ensure accurate invoicing and scheduling while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on exceptional client service and ongoing education about pet health and Optimum Wellness Plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background with terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital and promote services for productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service; educate clients about pet health.
• Enter pet information and history; schedule appointments; issue invoices and prescriptions.
• Assist ongoing client onboarding and ensure prompt service; handle opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed and support the team in daily operations.
